Attorney Miller has been providing high quality representation to clients in Central Pennsylvania for more than a decade. She graduated from Dickinson College with two Bachelors of Science degrees and received her J.D. from Florida State University where she graduated in the top 33% of her class.

Throughout her career, she has consistently represented clients in complex litigation and provided counsel and guidance to clients going through difficult times. Attorney Miller strives to resolve cases when possible and is certified as a collaborative attorney with the Collaborative Professionals of Central Pennsylvania. Sometimes, however, it is not possible to settle cases out of court and when that is the case, Attorney Miller provides zealous representation to all of her clients. Attorney Miller assists clients in solving sensitive problems with an approach that is individually tailored to the needs of the client.

She currently concentrates her practice in the all aspects of family law, estate planning and estate administration, Social Security Disability and SSI appeals as well as Unemployment Compensation appeals. Attorney Miller has successfully appeared before the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, representing both employers and employees. She has also assisted clients with developing and preparing a comprehensive estate plan to address their individual needs and wishes.

Attorney Miller is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Cumberland County Bar Association and Dauphin County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Commission on Women in the Profession through the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Dauphin County Bar Association, as well as a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
